Information we collect
When you request a quote, book a showroom visit, or contact us through this site, we collect the information you provide — such as your name, email, phone number, project address, and project details. We also collect standard technical data (IP address, browser type, pages visited) through normal website analytics.
How we use your information
We use this information to respond to quote requests, schedule showroom appointments, provide customer support, and improve our website and services. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Optional email updates
If you check the email updates box on a form, we send a confirmation email. We add your address to the marketing list only after you confirm. The list records when and where you opted in and the wording you agreed to. You can unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. Your quote or appointment request does not depend on subscribing.
Sharing your information
We may share information with service providers who help us operate our business (such as scheduling, email, or hosting providers), and with dealers or builders you've asked us to coordinate with on your project. We may also disclose information if required by law.
Cookies & analytics
We store your cookie preference so the site remembers it. Optional analytics are used only if enabled, and interactive Google Maps load only with your permission or when you choose to load a map. Use Cookie Preferences in the footer to change your choice at any time. You can also control cookies in your browser settings.
Data retention
We retain project and contact information for as long as needed to fulfill quotes, warranty coverage, and legitimate business record-keeping purposes.
Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete the information we hold about you by contacting us using the details below, subject to any records we're required to keep.
